Accepting Visitor Sales Representative (Independent Contractor)

Position Overview
Stellar Cell Technologies Corp is an Ontario-based leader in advanced skincare technologies. We design and supply state-of-the-art laser medical devices to skincare clinics, med spas, aesthetic centers, and skincare professionals.
We are seeking up to 20 highly motivated Visitor Sales Representatives to promote and sell our laser devices across Ontario. This is a commission-only, independent contractor position which is perfect for driven sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential and full control over their schedule.
A short, no-cost training program will be provided to all successful candidates.
Main Duties
- Identify and approach potential customers including skincare clinics, aesthetic centers, med spas, and independent skincare professionals.
- Schedule and conduct in-person visits, product demonstrations, and follow-up meetings.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships, acting as a trusted consultant for clients.
- Present product features, safety benefits, ROI, and clinical advantages to decision-makers.
- Negotiate sales terms in accordance with company guidelines.
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity in the company’s CRM or designated reporting system.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, skincare equipment, or aesthetic technology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professional clients.
- Strong self-motivation and goal-orientation
- Comfortable with a commission-only, independent contractor framework.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently as a contractor.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation for territory travel.
- Postsecondary education or formal sales/marketing training is an asset.
- Knowing additional languages beyond English is an asset.

Pay
- Commission-only: High commission on firm, net sales, with potential to receive additional pay as performance bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
- After the delivery of the sold devices to clients, commissions will be calculated monthly and paid within 14 days after month-end.

Education
- Postsecondary education preferred but not required.

Experience
- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Medical device or skincare equipment sales: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification
- Valid driver’s licence
Work Location
- Virtual and In-person (travel within Ontario to meet clients)
